This event aims to share current practice across Higher Education Institutions, discuss issues and challenges and explore how we can progress this important topic in a crowded curriculum.
The programme will include key-note speeches from Michael West from Lancaster University Management School, workshops showcasing good practice from around the country and an interactive afternoon session where we will look at how can we deliver leadership development projects and initiatives within the current curriculum.
