The NHS Leadership Academy is working on the development of a new High Potential Scheme (HPS) for the NHS. The scheme intends to identify, assess and develop a diverse group of people from all backgrounds and experience and equip them to progress to – and be successful at – the most senior levels of the NHS. Aimed at mid-level leaders, the scheme will complement existing Academy leadership development offerings by taking a career development approach to support those with the most potential to reach senior executive roles.
We want to gather as many views as possible as we design the scheme so would love to hear about your own experiences, knowledge and suggestions so we can shape the most relevant offer for participants.
