Discussions with Local Academies, organisations, stakeholders and programme participants have highlighted the need for increased focus on mentoring as a key element of leadership and professional development. With this as a backdrop, we want to understand how mentoring is working at present; what’s working well, what needs improving and what mentoring needs to look like in the future ensuring any solutions are relevant and reflective of an ever evolving NHS landscape.
This survey will help us collect information about the mentoring support you have received or are receiving at present. Your experience as a mentee, your ideas and suggestions will help us build a picture of current practices and will feed into a report which will be shared across the ten local Leadership Academies and National Leadership Academy.
The survey will take around 20 minutes to complete and all responses will be anonymous.
