Regional Feedback Form – Talent Assessment

We’re keen to understand your feedback and pertinent data to establish solid foundations for collaboration on the Talent Assessment design project. The following short survey represents a collection of questions based on initial thinking about useful insights and information upon which to build a solid foundation to kick off the Talent Assessment Design project.

We recognise this suite of questions is not exhaustive and there are likely to be many further incredibly useful insights and data sets you have at your fingertips. We will continue to share information across our teams to support this exciting opportunity to use what was and is good about previous national and current regional work on Talent Assessment to jointly evolve an approach that creates diverse talent pools with great leaders who can step into roles running high performing and inclusive organisations.
