Feedback on our talent management approach

The Academy’s ambition is to improve how we support our staff to develop their career and build on their strengths. We’re doing this by taking best practice talent management and implementing it at the Academy.

Our talent conversations took place between October and November 2018 and we’re really interested in hearing about your experiences. This will help us reflect and learn from the process. These insights will be collected to enable us to take a more strategic approach to professional, career and talent development.
